hmm.. i guess blogger swallowed up my last post on the 4th.. any chances of anyone reading it?

i think this blog has too many post already.. i guess for the next entry onwards, it'll be at a new blog..

anyway, as i was saying on my previous entry, i got back my test results for the previous test.. and i scored a total of 29.5 outta 30!! hah! i was ecstatic when i found out!! weeeeeeeee!! yessah! i guess my memorising for the test was worth the effort! but well, u cant but the credit all on me tho cos my tutor was superb! she gave us lotsa OBVIOUS hints for the test and all i did was memorise..

anyway, the next assignment due is to create a learning corner and the best part of it is, we'll get to create loads of our own activities to suit the topic! and my team chose Maths!

and the last piece of joyful news i wanna share is....... i got a new toy!! an N70 to be precise!! woooohooooo!! and i'm currently contemplating to sell away my digicam cos i figured out 1.2MP wont make such a big diff since i'm putting the pics oni in bloggy..

been stuck at home for 2 days straight.. slacked at home the whole of yesterday but today, had some improvements.. mum taught me how to cook Mi Siam Goreng (or some might call Mi Siam Pedas).. quite simple.. hahaha.. well, yeah, i'm a late bloomer when it comes to cooking..

anyway, ice-skating is cancelled tomorrow.. boo.. already miss my tk buds so much.. but well, tentatively, nash will be making a gath next sunday..

but the good news is tomorrow, i'm going out wif mas to geylang for some retail therapy and gonna get some tudungs and maybe a few kurtas to expand my wardrobe..

i think i'm missing people too much.. i thought of nadia a few days back.. 6 years of friendship but surprisingly, we meet only once or twice a year.. heheh.. yeah, call myself a good friend..

i miss my school days.. then, i can do anything i want and just know how to enjoy, ENJOY and ENJOY! but now, its 7/10 work, 2/10 stress and 1/10 enjoy!! what's happening to me!!! hehehe..

life is pretty complicated now.. what you could call a crossroad in life.. and its pretty messy..

found out something last sunday dat made things worst.. something bout my stomach pains.. but wont be saying much here lah.. i'm sure if u really care bout me, u'll ask me str8 and not just read bout it here.. besides, its too personal to reveal.. dont worrie.. its not cancer and neither do i have a cyst (hopefully, not, naudzubillah min dzalik)..

work is still stressful but i'm coping.. as for sch, exams are over.. results are most prob coming out next wk..

now, what can i really do to make myself really happy?

din go to work today.. had stomach pains and hav sum problems going to the loo.. well, if u understand wat i mean..

went to the doc at 12.15 but its closed for lunch so now back home again.. and i haf class later today.. die die must go cos we'll be having revision for the upcoming exams.. which is like next week! and i havent studied one single thing..

stress level at work is reaching the brim.. haf trouble coping.. and within this wk, i've broken down once (if you dont include the time where i was holding back the tears).. marian broke down too yesterday.. its difficult to work with people joining in projects halfway cos they haf no idea what we have and have not done.. i'm not saying that i dont like sue around.. she's fine.. just dat she can be abrupt sometimes.. *shrugs*

neway, tmr i'll be tutoring yani and maybe mas, fadhila, kak lis and i will be having study session later in the afternoon..

for sunday, i'll be going swimming wif esah and her aunts.. but seriously, i haf no idea how to get to dat swimming pool.. the one only for ladies of course.. help anyone??

been very bz the past few days and gonna be extremely tied up the next few weeks.. been having validation meetings since yesterday and i'm rarely in the office.. i guess i only haf enough time to warm up the seat b4 going up to the meeting room..

met my former pri sch vice-principal just now.. Mr Vincent Sim.. he looks pretty much the same and i'm surprised i still remember him since he was vice P for only a yr or 2 at BNPS before he left.. and dat time i was just in p1 or p2.. talked to him for a while and i guess even he is surprised i recognised him.. hahahaa.. yah lah usually students will recognise teachers but teachers seldom remember students (unless those outstanding ones, which i am definitely NOT)..

anyway, things turn worse.. if i dont respond to calls or sms, dont bother trying harder.. cos i left my phone at work.. *knocks head* so careless.. and i only found out bout it in the train halfway to clementi.. stewpid sey.. *sigh* dah lah gitu.. buat org marah pulak.. shant say who lah but all i can say is i feel so bad.. to that someone.. i'm very sorry.. i noe i have hurt ur feelings.. i guess i need "anger management" classes as well..

*sigh* dunno lah.. i just miss everyone.. and blogging doesnt help at all.. sometimes i think back y i started blogging but i cant remember.. haha.. age must be catching up wif me..

talked to sue bout depression just now.. i think if i dont enjoy myself soon, even i will be dragged into depression..

1) cycling - hmm.. ok.. but haf to see when lah..
2) gym - i haf no idea where to go.. nash migh noe tho.. *wink* nash, mana eh? and izit ex??
3) ice-skate - tentative for TK gath.. confirm k lalings?
4) ~~yoga~~ - ok dumb one.. the fee must be $#@!^& expensive.. and must go for alot of session summore..
5) lunching at new places - not a bad idea but seriously, i haf no idea where to go.. tot of trying sumthing i've never tried b4.. but must be hawker ctr lah.. :P
6) karaoke - haf to see where oso.. if Kbox again, bengkok sey!! maybe my house?? hmm.. but when sey.. nvm.. KIV..
7) trip - i'm on for this! places in mind: Malaysia, Bangkok.. any other ideas? but even if going, must be budget lah.. total expenses must not exceed $300.. and the trip must consist of more than 4 people.. baroo fun! and guys are welcomed as well (if switheart is coming)..
8) jogging - cheapest so far.. all u need is a pair of jogging shoes and a jogging track.. but.. LAZY.. havent exercised for too long and my stamina is down the drain..
9) swimming - excited bout this.. $20 if i'm not wrong.. for 4 times entry.. and all ladies pool summore! so ladies, anyone wanna go?

wowwee! had tons of fun today.. started out by going to Madrasah Aljunied for korban.. met most of the peeps from Alfalah.. kinda miss them.. hee.. the first person i look for was Pak Salim.. he's like my grandfather.. very sporting and likes to joke..

anyway, reached quite late.. was supposed to come at 10 but i reached at 10.35 (sorri esah!).. walked around a bit and kak mas said i lost weight.. yey! at last the results of my effort are finally showing! *grins*

me and esah left close to 2 and we walked over to Bugis in search of Gelare to get ice-cream.. called Nash laling to ask her (cos i'm as lost as the kambing i was clutching) and Nash said dat there's one at City Hall.. so, me and esah went over.. ouh and yes, thanx again esah for asking the man at Watsons for plastic bags.. heehee..

we dragged along our kambing korban all they way there and went to eat waffles at City Hall.. its heavenly man.. *drools* we shared a small waffle with 2 scoops of ice cream and caramel syrup (don't ask me what the 2 scoops are.. as soon as its in my mouth, i forgot everything!).. after waffle, we walked over to citilink.. had a good time in Marks and Spencer looking at lingerie (oopps!) and deciding which is best.. can be considered quite cheap tho.. $40+ after discount.. from the usual $65.. ok guys reading this, don't be surprised.. lingerie can cause a big hole in our pockets alright.. *sniggers*

anyway, we walked over to esplanade next.. esah bought a funky cool watch along the way.. and darl, the brown is gorgeous! *pheeewwiiitt* ouh.. and we had a long good talk bout 'stuff' at esplanade while there's a show goin on.. hahaha.. wat stuff? well, just bout our life, relationships, etc, etc, etc.. we left there close to 7.. took 133 wif esah and by that time, too tired oready so most of the time, we're in silence..

hmmm.. i've been thinking of getting a megapixel phone for quite some time now.. maybe then i can sell off my camera.. once i think of the right one, maybe i can include dat as 1 of the hantarans?? hehehe.. *winks at Shahrul* yang, 1 down, how many more to go?? heeheehee..

ok time for updates..

went out wif TK buddies last Thurs.. met them at city hall mrt and then we walked over to esplanade.. we sat at the roof garden and talked for quite some time.. caught up wif each other and had an enjoyable time.. discussed on los of issues as well..

soon, it started drizzling.. and cold weather = rumbling stomach.. no? well, i alwiz get hungry easily in cold environment.. hahaha.. well anyway, we walked to Tongseng and on the way, we talked summore..

reached Tongseng ard 8 i think.. i had chicken rice.. quite nice lah.. believe it or not, its my first time eating there! hahaha.. ketinggalan zaman betul sey!

then, walked a bit at bugis.. went to Dorothy Perkins and Fox b4 heading to MRT and then back home..

other than that, nutting much.. just bumming at home helping out a lil.. and yesterday, i learnt to cook a new dish! yey! it's Tahu Telur.. kinda simple to make and it's quite yummy..

today, as usual, got school after work.. and speaking of school, we'll be featured in Detik i think.. but don't expect to see my face cos i went home early on friday.. hahaha.. but still looking forward to see them on TV..

and gonna meet my darling today after school! can't wait! lurve ya!!

Reflecting 2005

another year has passed.. and to me, 2005 brought both painful and joyful memories.. losing a fren.. making new ones.. strengthening bonds.. giving up on certain things.. finding hope in new ones..

and i would be lying if i say that i didn't change in this one year.. i've grown more independent and i gained a best friend; my mum.. she understands me much better now and we can have a heart to heart talk.. in fact, i'm grateful for this cos i noe as long as she's alive, she won't desert me when i'm in need of someone..

but there's also a few flaws that i need to work on.. and one of them is to subdue my anger more often.. otherwise, u'd see me in my grave a few years down the road.. hahaha.. and recent events made me realise that i'm a person who finds it hard to forgive someone who has made deep wounds in my heart.. i can forget yes, but to forgive, i think it's gonna take a very long time..

on another note, 2005 did bring me some joy.. i went through my engagement with my switheart and my, 6 months has since passed.. and in less than a year (insya Allah), i'll be walking up the aisle.. anyone wants to be bridesmaid?? applicants to send in their entries before June 2006 yeah? *grins*

i've covered my lovelife and my friendship.. hmm.. what else?? ouh! yeah.. WORK.. my first year in the working world.. and i wish i could go back to school.. now, i've got both! hahaha..

must admit there's lots of politics when ur working.. colleagues who backstab, bosses who are unfair and the list goes on.. and one important lesson learnt is never judge a book by its cover.. people who can seem to have a good character must not necessary be a good person.. don't trust ur intuition.. ask around those who have work there long enuf to understand..

well, enuf bout 2005.. i'm putting everything behind me.. and hopefully, 2006 will mold me into a better person.. insya Allah.. once again, Happy New Year to all!

yesterday was a blast! met bambang during lunch cos he needed to get sumthing for a fren who's burfday is coming up.. and after class, i met up wif sweetheart.. we went to JB!! hee.

i was sucha klutz yesterday.. i forgot to bring my passport and my handphone to work.. luckily, switheart went over to my house to get them.. thank you so much sayang! *grins*

we entered JB at ard 10pm and headed straight to Singgah Selalu.. had quite a feast.. the Lemon Chicken was ooh-la-la! we also had tom yam and telur bungkus.. saw Aishah from NPICT there.. kinda surprised.. hehehe..

after the meal, we went for a spin for a while before heading to the Caltex near the checkpoint to isi minyak but goodness me, the jam was startling.. so, we detoured to try 2nd link instead.. by then, it was already 12 plus?? wow.. first time i'm actually back DAT late with switheart..

guess wat time i reached home?

mum was waiting up for me.. felt bad bout it but she's not screaming at me.. i think she realised i'm a big girl now.. thanks for understanding mum.. *hugs*

i'm dead bored.. all alone at work with nuttin to do.. been surfing all day till i haf nuttin else to surf.. and the weather's pretty gloomy today.. it's great being on the 17th storey, with an almost full-lengthed glass window.. i can see the clouds changing shapes and sometimes, its pretty interesting especially when u see dark clouds merging with the white ones.. and also seeing the boats in the river and all.. and speaking of river, u noe those white circle things they put into the Singapore River? guess wat? i tot they were a flock of birds at first! hahaha..

neway, i'm feeling better right now.. much more robust in a few weeks.. fever's practically gone but i'm still left wif a nose that never stops running and a throat that collects phlegm faster that you can even say QUIT IT! but i'm contented wif dat cos it's the fever that made me very cranky and weak..

still missing everyone tho.. OIT!!! biler nie nak jumpa?!?! no excuses lah eh this time! for next TK gath (yet to be planned), i want everyone to come alrite! dah lah nak jumpa susah, takkan skali skala kluar pun tak boleh kan?? and fair enuff, this time, we'll plan 2 weeks in advance ok?? same goes for my NP pals.. next time we plan early2 k? so can shift aside plans that are not-so-important..

a few weeks of F.R.E.E.D.O.M!

working alone in the office til 10th January 2005. and till then, i'll be online on MSN so if i dun respond to calls or smses, u noe where to find me! *grins*

bad news.. i'm sick again! arghhhh! my whole family's sick.. dunno if its just the weather or there's a bug goin around.. tsk tsk tsk.. really hope to get back to shape again.. i miss my cheerful bubbly self!

anyway, net's still not ok at home.. dunno what went wrong.. the stewpid modem just cant seem to work.. nvm.. so, updates..

skipped class on Fri nite to catch King Kong.. din now the blasted thing lasted for 3 hours!! got home close to midnight since we caught the 8.30 show.. imagine if we hadnt known and booked tix for the 9.30 or 10pm show! confirm tido kat corridor punya lah! hahaha..

for saturday, i lazed at home to re-energize myself.. haha.. i sound like a rechargable battery.. heeheehee.. and sunday, went out wif darl to his aunt's place, where there's a wedding goin on.. things din work out as well as i expected, but well, i managed.. and by the end of that day, everything was forgotten..

monday? hmm.. bummed around at home again.. and i was in housewife in the making mode.. haha.. did my laundry, cooked fried rice and hang out some of the wet laundry..

and i did alot of reading lately.. i had bought 2 Norhayati Berahim's books from JB the other day and i'm obsessed.. i even read in the MRT.. hehehe.. must admit she's a great author.. her works are very unique.. u shud try reading one and u'll be just as obsessed as me! for a start, i'd recommend Inferior.. it's bout this girl, Intissar, who had to share her husband with her 'best friend'.. the rest, it's up to u to read up! :P

anyway, i mish everyone.. nashitah, maherah, haslina, jannah, shubs, aisah, bambang and of course shahrul.. mish all of u.. and this may sound weird, but i'm starting to miss marian as well.. *sigh* wish she's back in the office..

A get-away that nearly went wrong

ok, firstly, don't fret.. this isnt a composition.. hahaha.. its just that last sat, my parent, my lil bro and me went to JB and staye over at one of the budget hotels.. its not bad.. just dat we started the day pretty badly..

1) my cute little Kitty ran away from home.. *sobs* (it's mating season again and i assume she ran away to find a mate)
2) found out from switheart that Woodlands had a massive jam so we took 506 to Jurong East and thought of taking the Causeway Link to Tuas, but it was full.. Assuming that 160 goes to Tuas as well, we happy-happy took it and of course, ended up being at Woodlands..
3) We thought we'd just go along wif it but we received a shock when we saw the whole area was jampacked with people.. queued for a while and then decided to head off back to Jurong..
4) reached Jurong at ard 3.. its like a dejavu.. hahaha.. being in the same place after only 2 hours.. and for the same reason..
5) queued for Causeway Link and as expected, didn't manage to get a seat..
6) reached Tuas and wat dya noe! another jam awaits us..
7) some tourists arrived and just cut queued, making me pissed.. and they stare at us like as if we're aliens from Mars..
8) stuck in the jam for 1 hour +++++..
9) by the time we reached the hotel, it was close to 6!

but the good thing is..

1) i bought new sandals!
2) i took loads of pictures!
3) the food there is yum yum!
4) we had a city tour around JB and i swear my parents can be good tour guides..
5) the tour bus we took had a karaoke system! pheeewwwiiittt!
6) i've got 2 new DVDs! King Kong and Chronicles of Narnia! yey! but havent seen it yet..

and i've just watched LOTR 1 and 2 yesterday and 2 days back.. find it pretty good actually.. hehehe.. still waiting to watch RoTK, which i dunno where the VCD ad gone to..

and another good news is dat..... KITTY CAME HOME!! after 4 days of survival, she came home!! but poor her.. she looks so thin.. dunno where she's gone hiding.. i was ironing my clothes at 6 in the morning when i heard a scratch at the window.. seram jugak sey.. hehehe.. i looked and saw her cute little face through then curtain.. apa lagi! i practically ran to the door!! missed her sooo much!!

and yeah, i'll just be updating from work now cos the net's still down.. don't ask y tho.. hahaha.. so, don't expect any pics from me yeah??

i'm sick.. *sobs* i kinda hate the feeling.. makes me so cranky sometimes.. took the afternoon off cos the office atmosphere doesnt help much..

i think alot of people are down wif fever, etc.. Marian herself is recovering from Giardia, caused from a parasite.. makes your stomach feels bloated and your body has lotsa wind.. poor her.. but glad she's recuperating well..

neway, she was so sweet.. she kept asking me if i was alrite.. and wanted me to go home at ard 10+am.. hehe..

at home now.. but still feeling very giddy and miserable.. just hope that i can recover by tmr.. i'm off to hav a rest now..

dats the sounds of yesteday (and yesternite)! i had too much a blast dat i practically dropped dead (ermm.. well, not really dead) once i got home!!

the day started wif me going to work.. things at work were pretty alrite.. ended a lil early.. was eager to meet my buddies but too bad, the group was incomplete.. out of 5 sekawan, only 3 could make it, which was me, nash and meya!! but nevertheless, the fun we had was more than 10 people combined!!

meya and nash met up first for some session and i joined later.. met up at Bugis and had a pretty long chat, a combination of disappointment plus lots of laughter.. i totally cracked!!

ard 8+, we headed off to Paradiz Ctr for Karaoke session! wooohoooo!! great destressing way man!! all of us screamed our hearts out! managed to sing 3 solo songs and a few more songs together b4 our session ended! it was really fun!

darlinks, shud haf more Karaoke lah k?? maybe we come over to my house once i got a new Karaoke system alrite?! then no need to spend ka-shing!!

and jannah dear, get well soon! mish u much dearie!! *muacks*

and after the outing, we took an MRT back to the east.. lots of laughter in the train too.. bright red shorts, mistaken identities, and someone fell for the salam trick!! hahaha.. :P

thought dat the end?? nooo... i went to airport next.. yeaps, at 11pm.. went to meet mum there and caught up wif a few of my airport friends.. mish them too.. and ouh, i havent mentioned the main reson for going there right?? my bro's flying back from hong kong!! nope, its not a holiday, but an band exchange program!! powerrr!!!

met Mariana oso.. she's so sweet!! she blanja-ed my bro makan BK! macih ehhhh!!! and so, after the late night supper, we took a cab home from the airport.. reached home at 1.30am!! mannn.. if i wasn't wif my mum yesternite, i reckon i would have to sleep at the corridor!! muahahahahha!

nevertheless, yesterday was pure magic...

i lead such a simple but blissful life.. and i'm thankful for it.. :D
